L’objectif de cette formation est de monter en expertise les compétences techniques et savoir-faire professionnels individuels des cadreurs image de match de Rugby, pour se mettre au service de la mise en image du match. Les stagiaires font évoluer leurs pratiques individuelles pour tendre vers un process d’équipe permettant de fournir une matière première idéale à la mise en image.
A l’issue de la formation le stagiaire sera capable de :
● Décrire et comprendre l’ensemble des composantes de l’événement
● Vérifier et rendre opérationnel son environnement de travail
● Appliquer les bonnes pratiques de cadrage liées à l’évènement
● Analyser et faire évoluer sa pratique dans une logique d’amélioration continue
